Gómez-Pinzón has assisted Canacol Energy Ltd. as special Colombian counsel in the offering of its 7.25% senior notes due on 2025 for an aggregate principal amount of USD $320 million. These notes are guaranteed by certain of its subsidiaries, including Colombian subsidiaries Canacol Energy Colombia S.A.S. and CNE Oil & Gas S.A.S.
