Adriana is a partner and she is the director of the firm´s office in Medellín. She has over 25 years’ professional experience as expert lawyer in different business law areas, mainly in the financial, capital markets and investment banking sectors. Her field of practice is centered on securities market transactions, as well as on transactions involving mergers and acquisitions of companies, corporate reorganizations, acquisition of assets, syndicated loans, privatizations, and legal structuring of investment banking transactions. Likewise, Adriana has experience in the structuring of businesses and in regulations applicable to activities carried out by financial corporations, banks and stock brokerage firms.
