Daniela is a summa cum laude lawyer from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. She has experience in domestic litigation and national and international arbitration in the construction, infrastructure, Oil&Gas, insurance and, in general, in proceedings involving complex disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Bogotá and participated in several international competitions on commercial arbitration, such as the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Daniela is an assistant professor of Civil and Commercial Contracts and International Arbitration at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and is also part of the international arbitration study group of the Colombian Arbitration Committee COLVYAP – Colombian Very Young Arbitration Practitioners.
