On November 27, 2023, Colombian Central Bank, through bulletin No. 45 amended Regulatory Circular DCIP-83, extending the term for transmitting the monthly reports of compensation accounts for the periods of October and November 2023, as follows:
October period: Until December 29, 2023.
November period: Until January 31, 2024.
It should be noted that the transmission of the movements of the compensation accounts corresponding to December 2023, will remain without modifications i.e., before January 31, 2024.
Finally, it is important to mention that the deadlines for registering and canceling the compensation accounts, as well as for the substitution and cancelation of foreign investments that are transmitted through the Exchange Information System were not modified.
