Professional in Industrial Engineering, business administration or related, with minimum of two (2) years experience in business process optimization is required. The candidate should have experience in identifying opportunities for improvement on process architectures, The Board noted that the Office of Internal Oversight Services had been working with the Department of Public Information to develop process management systems and design new business models to improve the efficiency and operational effectiveness of the Organization.

Experience and knowledge in project management. Desirable: diploma or specialization in the field and/or certification as CAPM or PMP granted by the PMI. Certification and/or diploma in Business Process Management (BPM). Bizagi Certified Professional in Process Automation and/or Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Good command of English (spoken and written).

Professional degree is required in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related careers. Preferably with ongoing mastery or specialization, service orientation, recursive and proactive.

Minimum 3-year experience in end-user support and HELP DESK management. With knowledge in networks, operation of help desks, maintenance and configuration of computers, installation and configuration of Windows operating platforms, Office 365 and basic programming knowledge in Power Authomate, Power BI. SharePoint, Teams. Preferably with experience in service companies.

Good management of office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), Linux notions, maintenance to desktop, laptops and printing equipment and intermediate level of English.
