How do we fund pro bono cases?

Pro bono services provided on behalf of an individual are free of charge and no attorney’s fees will be charged for these services. Routine expenses incurred throughout the process, such as photocopies, phone calls, or mail deliveries will be free of charge to the pro bono client.

However, the counsel service does not include extraordinary costs incurred for the provision of these services. Extraordinary costs include, but are not limited to: airplane tickets, hotels, transfers when the lawyer is required to transfer and only after your approval, long distance phone calls, notarial expenses, translations, appraisals and technical reports, payment of administrative fees, as well as paralegal fees and expenses.
