Bogotá, November 25, 2020 – For Gómez-Pinzón, the end of the year is the beginning of many and good things. For this reason, on Thursday, November 26, we are introducing a new visual identity, as well as a renewed website and the announcement of our first mobile application, all new channels that reaffirm the positioning of GP as a pioneer in legal innovation.
For more than 10 years we have taken inspiration from art. First, we applied certain guidelines from the work of the American painter Jackson Pollock, leveraged upon abstract art, and then, in 2017, we evolved our brand to the style of Mark Rothko, a Latvian artist associated with the contemporary movement from abstract expressionism.
And now, in GP we welcome a fresher, cleaner, and more dynamic image, inspired by the American artist Lichtenstein. We have a brand new style to convey to the different communities that we keep evolving, always prioritizing the provision of high-quality services that foresee the needs of our clients and that deliver solutions per the reality of their businesses. This is also based on the premise that the law, as well as any art, is subject to interpretation.
Lastly, the renewal of our brand is aligned to the principles of excellence that govern the service of our firm, which has been recognized, throughout its history, in the Colombian legal market by its clients, peers, allies and the most important publications from the industry. This is reflected in the rankings and figures recently published by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, Leaders League, LACCA, and Best Lawyers, among others.
New communication channels
In addition to the transformation of our brand from a graphical perspective, Gómez-Pinzón is also aiming to shorten the distance in the communications with our clients and announces two channels with permanent information.
The first channel is a closer, more agile website with permanent legal updates for the audiences, where our relevant experience can be browsed, as well as the profiles of the best team in the legal industry, and the services from our different practice areas.
The second channel is the first mobile app from Gómez-Pinzón Abogados. With GPapp all the contents that we create will be “at hand” for our clients and audiences, and as of 2021, they will be able to review a legal obligations calendar with just the last digits of their identification numbers.
“With the news, we reiterate that in GP our clients are the fundamental purpose of the firm. The renewal of our brand, the announcement of a more friendly website, and our GPapp, an application that allows us to get closer to our audiences, are the result of an innovation process that we have been implementing for several years, and that is added to many internal efforts that we are making so that the efficiency and the quality of our services are increasingly more adjusted to the need of those whom we advise”, said José Luis Suárez, managing partner from Gómez-Pinzón.
