Gómez-Pinzón, together with Torrado Angarita and Pinzón Abogados, advised Invernac and Cia S.A.S. as controlling shareholders of Valorem S.A. in the delisting tender offer to acquire the shares of the absent and dissenting shareholders at the general shareholders’ meeting at which the delisting was approved. The transaction involved the acquisition by Invernac of 189,446,783 voting shares of Valorem, representing approximately 7% of the capital stock for a total amount of COP $172,207,125,747 (approx.
