Ana Cristina has advised national and foreign clients for more than 17 years. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Ana Cristina has represented important private equity funds, large national and multinational companies, as well as family businesses and ventures in all their commercial and corporate matters including purchase, sale, financing, joint venture, or capitalization operations, among others.

Throughout her career Ana Cristina has also served as Legal Manager in two companies from different sectors, whereby she knows first-hand what means to be a client, this allows her to focus her practice on give exceptional attention to the clients needs, looking for a prompt, practical and timely service.

Ana Cristina is admitted to practice law in Colombia (since 2004) and New York State (since 2008), and she has mentored in several entrepreneurship spaces, including Endeavor training programs.
