Carolina is a partner of the firm’s Tax practice group and she has more than 18 years of experience, her practice focuses mainly on advice on tax labor matters and legal advice related to the special tax regime applicable to non-profit entities. Additionally, she has extensive experience in tax planning and structuring of projects, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganizations, legal aspects of the transfer pricing regime, attention to judicial and extrajudicial cases in tax matters, among others.
During her career, Carolina has been a tax planning manager in the real sector which allows her to provide comprehensive advice seeking to meet the needs of clients in a practical and timely manner.
