Cristhian focuses his professional practice on national and international arbitration, as well as commercial and administrative litigation.
He has participated in international investment arbitrations and domestic arbitrations associated with the construction, finance and telecommunications sector. He has also advised and represented national and international companies in various sectors such as Oil & Gas in the transport, mining, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and financial chain before the ordinary courts, the administrative jurisdiction and special judges such as the Financial Superintendence of Colombia and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
Prior to joining Gómez Pinzón, Cristhian worked in Washington D.C. at an international law firm in the area of international commercial and investment arbitration.
