Emanuela has over 8 years of professional experience and has focused her practice on the areas of corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked in different jurisdictions as international secondee, foreign intern and paralegal in Central America, South America and in the U.K.. Her practice revolves around the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, counseling multinational corporations and foreign clients on the acquisition of national companies, and Colombian companies in acquisitions abroad.
