Fabio has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and consulting in corporate criminal law. Throughout his career he has stand out for representing natural persons, companies, and public/foreign entities, when he wants them to go to the Office of the Attorney General, Attorney General or Comptroller General of Colombia, either as investigated, or as victims of the commission of a crime.

Fabio’s practice has brought out for addressing issues such as transnational money laundering, detection, and prosecution of fraud, unfair administration, and financial and environmental crimes, among others.
