Lina has more than 15 years of professional experience in the area of environmental law, rendering advisory services on environmental regulatory issues to companies in different sectors of the economy. She is currently Environmental Director in the Energy & Natural Resources practice group, and she has focused her practice on ensuring proper compliance with environmental laws and providing advice on environment-related projects and activities carried out by companies in these areas. Lina is an expert in conducting environmental audits, providing assistance in the administrative processes of environmental authorities involving permits and sanctions, and in the preparation of legal concepts and opinions on these issues.
