Paola has more than 15 years of professional experience in the public and private sector and is partner of the Administrative & Constitutional and Infrastructure practice groups. Her practice has concentrated on administrative law, state procurement, public policy design and monitoring, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), litigation, and advice on the creation of laws and regulations. She led the inter-institutional team that drafted and completed the legislative process of the Infrastructure Law (Law 1682 of 2013). Her thesis, “The Fourth Generation of Road Concessions in Colombia and the New PPP Legal Model: What have we learnt from over-renegotiation and over-litigation trends?” was selected for publication at the Public Law Review of Los Andes University. She was the first Executive Director of the Colombia Pro-bono Foundation.
