Valentina has more than 6 years of experience, in which she has worked in advice and litigation on issues of industrial property, competition and consumer protection. She has served as an assistant professor of the chair of “Business Law for Non-Lawyers” at the University of Los Andes. Valentina has more than 5 years of experience advising national and international clients in strategic litigation on issues of consumer protection, trademark infringements, competition and antitrust actions. He has led and executed consultancies on advertising, e-commerce, entertainment law and technical regulations.
