David Garavito Cuervo has 7 years of experience as part of Gómez-Pinzón’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. There he has specialized in contractual liability cases arising from private and public construction projects, in commercial agency risk management in goods distribution and fiduciary relationships, in corporate governance and share purchase disputes, and in enforcement proceedings.
