Samuel Alejandro Hernández Lizarazu specializes in national and cross-border dispute resolution, including international arbitration and Supreme Court litigation. He has broad experience counseling public and private clients in all levels of the judiciary in litigations involving multiple industries and areas, including construction contracts, commercial distribution contracts, enforcement of international awards, directors’ liability, exequatur proceedings, joint ventures, precautionary measures and agency agreements.
