Gómez-Pinzón acted as legal advisor of Acon Investments LLC and a few of its subsidiaries in the acquisition of one hundred percent (100%) of the common stock of both: Intecplast S.A.S., one of the leading Colombian rigid plastic packaging manufacturers, and Pieriplast SAC, a leading Peruvian supplier of high quality packaging solutions for the sale of cosmetics. The closing of the acquisition of Intecplast took place on May 11th, 2015 and the closing of the acquisition of Pieriplast took place on June 3th, 2015.
