Natalia has more than 20 years of professional experience as legal advisor of national and international clients in day-to-day legal business matters, as well as in expansion projects through M&A transactions, reorganizations and assistance in time critical situations. Natalia is mainly recognized as a business oriented transactional lawyer, leader of M&A deals, in which she has advised purchasers and sellers of different industries, including national and international private equity funds, search funds, companies in the real sector and financial institutions. The main M&A projects that she has advised involve regulated and non-regulated companies, mainly in the financial, insurance, mining, hydrocarbons, thermoelectric, services, retail, agrochemical, technologies, pharmaceutical, activities related to healthcare, transportation and logistics, and entertainment sectors.
