Affinitas (a legal services alliance made up of four top-level independent firms in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) joins with Laboratoria (a Latin American organization that promotes technological development and innovation) to carry out the first regional Legal Hackathon, a space in which the legal areas of different companies will solve technological challenges that will improve the experience of internal users.
The participating companies, after carrying out a process of training and identifying opportunities for improvement within their legal areas, will pose a challenge to the graduates of Laboratoria, so that, with the advice of lawyers from Barros & amp; Errázuriz (Chile), Gómez-Pinzón (Colombia), Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes (Mexico) and Miranda & amp; Amado (Peru develop the solution in a space of 5 days.
This project has the great virtue of joining efforts aimed at promoting innovation in legal departments, as well as supporting Laboratoria in its training work, with the great regional challenge of ensuring that Latin America has a more diverse, inclusive and digital economy. competitive, in the face of the challenges we currently face in these matters.

In this digital marathon, legal managements, along with more than 100 Laboratoria developers, lawyers from Barros & amp; Errázuriz (Chile), Gómez-Pinzón (Colombia), Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes (Mexico) and Miranda & amp; Amado (Peru), will work to create innovative products aligned with the objectives of each company to win in the digital age. The Legal Hackathon will take place between November 23 and 27 and its presentation session on the challenges and solutions will be broadcast simultaneously on social media in the four participating countries.
