Through Decree 326 of 2023, the President of the Republic delegated to the Superintendence of Companies the functions of inspection, surveillance and control of the foreign non-profit entities with a permanent business in Colombia.
Pursuant to such delegation, the foreign non-profit entities must submit annual reports to the Superintendence of Companies, with prior year information as of December 31st.
For 2023, the information must be submitted to the Superintendency of Companies before July 31, 2023 by filling out the Report “77 – Informe ESALES Extranjeras”, through the STORM application provided by the Superintendency of Companies on its website (www.supersociedades.gov.co).
