- Amendment of Effective Date: The effective date of External Regulatory Circular DCIP-83 published on September 12, 2023, has been modified. The new effective date has been extended until November 1, 2023.

- Stabilization Period for the Foreign Exchange Information System: Between November 1 and December 31, 2023, a stabilization period for the Foreign Exchange Information System and the systems used by Foreign Exchange Market Intermediaries for transmitting foreign exchange information to Banrep will be considered. During this period, foreign exchange deadlines and obligations will continue to be enforceable. However, if a Foreign Exchange Market Intermediary encounters difficulties in transmitting information due to integration with the Foreign Exchange Information System, failure to meet reporting deadlines, or inconsistencies in the information will not constitute a foreign exchange violation.
