The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), through resolutions No. 72982 of November 21, 2023 and No. 74254 of November 28, 2023, suspended the terms in the jurisdictional processes of Consumer Protection, Infringement of Industrial Property Rights and Unfair Competition carried out by the Department for Jurisdictional Affairs and the terms of the administrative proceedings that are brought before the Departments of that Superintendency (Protection of Personal Data, Consumer Protection, Control and Verification of technical regulations and legal metrology, Protection of Competition, Industrial Property), respectively.
The terms are suspended as follows:
- Jurisdictional Affairs: From November 24 to November 28, 2023.
- Administrative proceedings: From November 24 to November 28, 2023.
This suspension applies to all companies that have a proceeding in the SIC.
