Daniel has over 10 years’ experience in banking and capital market transactions, including the negotiation of credit agreements, public and private debt and equity issuance in the capital markets, structuring of mutual and private equity funds, negotiating derivative agreements under ISDA and local standards, among others. He has also participated in transactions involving regulatory approvals for the acquisition, merger, spin-off and restructuring of financial entities. Daniel was an international associate in the Latin American capital markets practice of the law firm Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP in New York.
