Local advisors of Globant in the acquisition of Assa Worldwide S.A. (gA), one of the main Argentinian software companies with presence in Brazil, United States and other LATAM countries, including Colombia for an amount of US$74.5 million. Our legal advice included the merger control with local authorities (SIC). This transaction is part of Globant’s expansion process and represents the third project within this year in which Gómez-Pinzón Abogados S.A.S. has served as local counsel for Globant.

Acquisition of Avanxo Limited by Globant

Avanxo is a leading cloud transformation company with presence in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Perú, Argentina and Colombia. Gómez-Pinzón advised from a local perspective in relation to corporate, labor and foreign trade issues of the Colombian subsidiary of Avanxo.
