Through Decree No. 93 of March 25, 2020, the Administration of Bogotá established a new deadline for the payment of the Property Tax for residential and non-residential properties, June 5,2020 with a 10% discount and without discount until June 26, 2020.
The Taxpayers that are part of the Alternative Payment of Voluntary Installment system, will have until April 30, 2020 to file the Tax Return though the web site and will pay the tax on the following dates:
- First installment: June 12,2020.
- Second installment: August 14,2020.
- Third installment: October 9, 2020.
- Fourth Installment: December 11, 2020.
For the payment of the Vehicle Tax, taxpayers will have until July 3, 2020, with a 10% discount and without discount until July 24, 2020.
