Local Tax Authority of Bogotá, through a Press Release of March 18, 2020 modified the term form the payment of the Property tax for properties located in first, second and third stratum. Thus, taxpayers will have until June 4 to pay with 10% discount and until June 24 without discount.
Additionally, the Administration extended the term for the installment payment: First Installment: June 12; Second Installment: 14 August; Third Installment: October 9 and Fourth Installment: December 12 of 2020.
