The Local Tax Authority of Bogota through Resolution No. SDH-00177 of March 24,2020, suspended the terms of the processes developed by the Tax Authority. This suspension will take place from March 20 until May 4,2020.
The processes under this decision are management, inspection, determination, discussion, return of tax, recovery of tax obligations, recovery of non-tax obligations and portfolio processes.
Additionally, the Tax Authority suspended terms for the taxpayers related to the processes requested before the Local Tax Authority from March 20 until May 4, 2020.
However, The Tax Authority clarified that the suspension of terms is not for deadlines related to filling and pay the Tax returns, causation of interests and Non-tax obligations, sanctions or corrections of tax returns.
